Located in the small gated subdivision of Havenpoint on Lake Bob Sandlin this property has a seasonal lake view and borders the neighborhood pond. These lots are a single package which would allow for a nice weekend retreat or permanent residence. They could also be replatted as single lots. The neighborhood has a fishing dock for lake access and is close to the Leesburg public boat ramp. There are building restrictions so there are no mobile homes or overnight camping allowed and no short-term rentals. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a small neighborhood while getting to know your neighbors on evening golf cart runs.
